Customer service is becoming more important everyday. Whether
you own a company; work in a local supermarket; or manage a
department store; customer service is foremost in assuring you
satisfy the needs of the customer at all times.
After all, without customers; your business would fail.
Hi, My name is Maria Fernadez and I'm passionate about
customer service. Over the years I've read just about every customer
service book, training manual and article that's been ever written
on customer service..
One day one of my colleagues suggested that it would be a great idea
if I would share my best customer service articles with others, thus helping many more people improve their
customer service. That's how my website, Customer Service Articles
was born. Since then I have been able to include more than many more
articles on my website!
On my website you will currently find over 100 (and counting) useful and informative
customer service articles. Whether you want to improve your
customer service, or are simply interested in the subject of
good customer service, I hope my website will be of help.
I update the site everyday and add new customer service articles,
skills and tips
regularly, so please be sure to check back for new articles.
Finally, I would like to share with you a few of my favorite customer
service tips; please enjoy them and I will see you again soon.
